Alhamdulillah, from the last Ramadan to this Ramadan, Quran.Foundation focused on one clear goal - helping more people engage with the Quran in ways that are meaningful, consistent, and transformative. Alhamdulillah, we made major progress in expanding access, strengthening reliability, deepening learning, and cultivating a growing worldwide culture of reflection.
By the blessing of Allah (SWT) first and foremost, and through your generous support, access to the Quran was powered for millions of people around the world this past year. Together, this work enabled readers to not only read its words, but to understand, reflect, and deepen their connection to its guidance. Alhamdulillah, the following highlights reflect some of the impact made possible through your support.
This year, Quran.com was significantly enhanced to provide a more powerful, accessible, and beneficial experience for readers at every stage.
The Quran.com reader was redesigned to support deeper engagement through Study Mode, enhanced navigation, improved collections, new verse comparison tool, layered translations, hadith, and related ayah discovery. Improvements were also made to Notes and collections features.
Nineteen new translations were added, including underserved languages. Word-by-word translation expanded to six languages, and a dedicated Vietnamese experience was launched. Automatic localization now adapts the experience based on a user's country and device language.
Quran.com and its services were transitioned to fully self-hosted infrastructure. In simple terms, this means faster performance, greater stability during peak times like Ramadan, stronger reliability for millions of users worldwide, and long-term cost sustainability to support responsible growth.
Structured Learning Plans received an overwhelmingly positive response this year, with thousands of enrollees and more than 3,000 five-star ratings from users who found them deeply meaningful and beneficial. These structured resources helped people connect their real-life challenges to the guidance of the Quran and see how specific verses speak to the struggles they face today. They covered topics such as screen use, emotional resilience, and spiritual growth, along with surah-based plans that support deeper study and reflection.
These guided journeys combine Quranic verses, hadith, scholarly insights, reflection prompts, and practical application to move users from passive reading to sustained engagement.
Content based on authentic scholarship continues to expand, including materials by our resident scholar Dr. Sohaib Saeed such as surah introductions, Qiraat fact files and questionized tafsir. A translation correction and feedback loop was also established to continuously improve accuracy and quality.
This year, we built a new content management system (CMS) for Quran.com - a major milestone that will significantly accelerate our ability to serve users. In the past, adding new lessons and educational resources required technical work and long timelines. This new system allows our team to create, review, and publish high-quality Quran-centered content much faster across multiple languages, helping more people around the world access guidance, reflection, and learning when they need it.
Quran Android and Quran iOS continue to be the go-to Quran apps for millions around the world.
In addition, we strategically began laying the technical foundation for Quran.com, Quran Android, and Quran iOS to enable users to move seamlessly between web and mobile without losing their bookmarks, reading history, notes, and more. These features will be launching soon, insha'Allah.
A major new version of QuranReflect was released across web, iOS, and Android, featuring a redesigned homepage, improved discovery, enhanced feeds, and a more intuitive experience. This year, QuranReflect welcomed over 1 million visitors, with thousands of reflections written and shared as users connected their lives to the guidance of the Quran.
Beyond the platform, QuranReflect continued to grow as a living global community. Throughout the year, we hosted live reflection retreats and interactive sessions, including podcasts and discussions with guest scholars and speakers. We collaborated with other Quran-driven institutions to deliver in-person reflection programmes. Twelve monthly themes helped guide collective reflection and action, including initiatives such as #RamadanReady, #ReflectingInCrisis, #LightForGaza, #TadabburTaughtMe, and other campaigns that encouraged users to engage with the Quran around real-life concerns and global events.
Alhamdulillah, QuranReflect continues to grow as a safe, carefully moderated space where people reflect, learn from one another, and strengthen their connection to the Quran.
To maximize impact and avoid duplication, Quran.Foundation actively engages with organizations, scholars, and communities across the global Quran ecosystem, including initiatives and convenings such as the Quran Summit, Aqwam Qeela, and Muslim Tech Fest. We also collaborate with partners like Yaqeen Institute and the Global Guidance Center. The team works to listen, align efforts, and identify opportunities for collective impact. This approach ensures that resources are used wisely and that the work strengthens the broader global effort to serve the Quran.

To support growing global demand, Quran.Foundation expanded its international team across product, engineering, leadership, and content, with contributors spanning multiple regions. Work also began on a comprehensive rebranding initiative to advance the mission and further growing global role and impact, insha'Allah.
